Public Berths are means the port that does not limit the people to use service by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand is investor in the
construction of port, basic amenities Including the berth as consisting of;

Dedicated Berths are means the port that limits the number of people to use service to a group of operators only. The operator is an investor
in the construction all basic berths and facilities of port.

There are 9 investors of Dedicated Berths as follows:

The Freight service with a berth for cargo ships for export or import of large quantities including the transportation of petrochemical products
which is liquid cargo. Map Ta Phut Port is designed to be an international standard berth. Map Ta Phut Industrial Port has prepared the
equipment and any services required for the provision of a cargo ship for maximum safety include:

- Tug boat

- Pilot boat

- Mooring boat

- Patrol boat

- Navigation buoy

- Pilot light

- Port lighting

Map Ta Phut Industrial Port also has offices of government agencies for the convenience to dealing with any documents. The government
agencies that are on the shore consist of;

- Customs Office: Customs is responsible for collecting taxes, inspecting ships and goods both on the way export and import.

- International Communicable Disease Control Checkpoint: The main function of quarantine station is including the inspection of cargo ships,
check for infectious diseases,  vaccinating the crew and people on board. Supervise the cleanliness of the port to prevent the spread of contagious disease.

Navigation Facilitation and Coordination Center (VTMS)

    Monitoring ship navigation in channel area and Map Ta Phut Industrial Port area, providing recommendation and coordination for
navigation safety by using the VTMS system.

Water utility management.

1. Work on Navigation channel

   1.1 Annual survey in navigation channel.

   1.2 Annual dredging work (Determine the amount of dredging from the annual survey representing an approximate
amountof 95,000 cubic meters)

2. Work on facilities within the Port area (waterways)

   2.1 Check the buoys, traffic lights and navigation signs (around 07.00 hr.).

   2.2 Inspection the overall environment in front of various jetty, water discharge and sewer pipes of factories and ships In the bay
of port. (around 15:00 hr.)

   2.3 Check operation of Buoys, traffic lights, leading light pillars and lighthouses at night (around 8:00 p.m.)

   2.4 Control and maintain the navigation channels do not have obstructing the navigation and are environmental impacts, such as
inspecting and removing oil spills in the bay of port.

  Inspect and recover any obstructions navigation such as debris, garbage, etc.,

  inspect the fishing boats and push out the illegal fishing boats in the bay of port.

  2.5 Take care, repair and maintenance such as buoys, traffic lights and navigation aid sign, patrol boats and pontoon, oil spill
removalequipment, weather monitoring devices, buoy and underwater equipment survey, annual range lights survey, etc.

3. Support work for MIPO such as Emergency Plan drills, Support work according to orders, etc.
